TCS TRAFIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The TCS (Traffic Control System) it's a solution to segregate pedestrians and forklifts in common work areas.
Description
The traffic control system (TCS) is a comprehensive traffic control system, which is not dependent on batteries and mobile devices, and operates in a totally passive form, that is, it does not require human attention.
In the warehouse, a TZ2-Tag devices are installed allowing detection of trucks equipped with Activator AC-50, in addition, traffic lights, warning lights, safety gates and handrails are installed to segregate pedestrians.
When a forklift comes within the safety zone delimited by the TZ2-Tag, activates the forklift and warehouse warning lights to warning of their presence, and at the same time, it puts the traffic lights pedestrian red and blocks the wicket security pedestrian. Once the truck leaves the area of security, automatically the traffic light turns green and the wickets will be unlocked.
